A commercial facility in Sydney came to us with an automatic door that had stopped working entirely. The existing operator had failed and needed a full replacement, not a repair, not a temporary fix. The client needed a reliable, modern system installed correctly and returned to service with minimal disruption.

Preparation and Parts
Before attending site we sourced the complete operator kit and arranged delivery to ensure the job could be completed in a single visit. No waiting around, no return trips for parts.
On-Site Replacement
Our technician attended site, completed all check-in procedures and WHS documentation, isolated the power supply, and established a safe work zone before any work began. The existing failed automation was disconnected and removed, making way for a full new system installation.

What We Installed
We supplied, installed, and commissioned a complete new automatic door operator kit including an electric locking system for secure access control, a backup battery system to keep the door operational during power outages, a keyed 5-position switch giving staff full manual override capability, and safety and actuation sensors ensuring compliant, reliable operation for all users.
Once installed, the system was fully programmed and tested, every function, every sensor, every operation mode, before the door was returned to service.
The Outcome
A commercial entry that had been out of service was restored to full automatic operation with a modern, compliant system built for long-term reliability. The facility now has a door that works, a backup system if power fails, and proper access control in place.
For commercial and retail facilities, a failed entry door isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s a safety issue, an accessibility concern, and a direct impact on how your business presents to customers and staff. Getting it right matters.
